Her experience working directly with children and families provides her with a valuable understanding of the opportunities and challenges early childhood professionals encounter throughout their careers.

In addition to working directly with scholars and educators, Brittany plays an important role behind the scenes, helping coordinate initiatives, manage operational tasks, organize program processes, and ensure that the details necessary for successful implementation are completed efficiently. She is passionate about creating organized, accessible systems that make it easier for educators to connect with the resources and support they need.
