Brittany Horton currently serves as the Early Childhood Education Navigator at the Early Childhood Innovation Center (ECIC) at Delaware State University, bringing over 7 years of experience supporting educators, learners, and their families.

In her role, Brittany is committed to helping early childhood educators thrive by providing the tools, strategies, and encouragement they need to succeed. Her work reflects a strong belief in the power of early education to shape children’s futures and strengthen communities.

Brittany brings both expertise and passion to the ECIC team and is dedicated to guiding and supporting scholars on their educational journeys.
