Current Opportunities

CDA Coach (Part-Time / Contract)

The CDA Coach provides mentorship and guidance to early childhood educators pursuing their Child Development Associate (CDA®) credential. This position supports professional growth through individualized coaching, encouragement, and targeted goal setting. This position is a part-time, contracted role with the Early Childhood Innovation Center (ECIC) at Delaware State University (DSU). It is not a State of Delaware or full-time employment position.
