Current Opportunities

Client Services Associate (Full-Time)

The Client Services Associate role involves offering administrative and clericalassistance to the Early Childhood Innovation Center (ECIC). Responsibilities include various tasks such as managing office reception, providing basic administrative support to the ECIC team, and ensuring the tidiness of the ECIC office. Primary responsibilities involve handling incoming phone calls and emails directed to the ECIC mailboxes, aiding in electronic and paper file management, and delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

CDA Coach (Part-Time / Contract)

The CDA Coach provides mentorship and guidance to early childhood educators pursuing their Child Development Associate (CDA®) credential. This position supports professional growth through individualized coaching, encouragement, and targeted goal setting. This position is a part-time, contracted role with the Early Childhood Innovation Center (ECIC) at Delaware State University (DSU). It is not a State of Delaware or full-time employment position.
