Kimberly Krzanowski, directora ejecutiva del ECIC; Phyllis Roland, entrenadora de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Desarrollo Infantil (Child Development Associate\u00ae Coach) en el ECIC; y Jazzie Tribbett, educadora de la primera infancia y becaria de la credencial CDA\u00ae del ECIC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La discusi\u00f3n destac\u00f3 c\u00f3mo el modelo de fuerza laboral del ECIC est\u00e1 transformando el desarrollo de la fuerza laboral de la primera infancia a trav\u00e9s de sistemas coordinados de apoyo, que incluyen v\u00edas de acreditaci\u00f3n, asesoramiento, asistencia financiera y orientaci\u00f3n profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEl panel ofreci\u00f3 una excelente oportunidad para compartir c\u00f3mo el ECIC est\u00e1 cambiando el panorama en el apoyo a los educadores de la primera infancia para que logren el avance profesional\u201d, dijo la Dra. Krzanowski. \u201cHacer gala de convicci\u00f3n en nuestro enfoque para dise\u00f1ar e impartir un acompa\u00f1amiento integral, intencional y basado en relaciones ha demostrado ser el centro de nuestro modelo de \u00e9xito\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lo largo de la sesi\u00f3n, los ponentes enfatizaron que el acceso por s\u00ed solo no es suficiente para garantizar el \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLo que hace que el ECIC sea especial es que nuestro trabajo se basa en las relaciones\u201d, dijo Roland. \u201cEscuchamos, entendemos y construimos sistemas que responden a necesidades reales. El acceso a los recursos es importante, pero es la coordinaci\u00f3n de esos recursos dentro de un sistema integral de apoyo lo que conduce a resultados exitosos\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los comentarios de Roland subrayaron un cambio m\u00e1s amplio en el desarrollo de la fuerza laboral, destacando la importancia de sistemas de apoyo sostenidos y centrados en las personas que gu\u00eden a los educadores a lo largo de sus carreras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ese impacto se reflej\u00f3 a\u00fan m\u00e1s en la experiencia de la becaria de la ECIC Jazzie Tribbett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPara cualquiera que est\u00e9 considerando volver a estudiar, h\u00e1galo. No tenga miedo\u201d, dijo Tribbett. \u201cCree una comunidad que lo apoye y hable cuando necesite ayuda. El ECIC le recuerda que nunca est\u00e1 solo. Esta experiencia me dio la confianza para continuar mi camino y solicitar\u00e9 mi t\u00edtulo de asociado\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juntas, estas perspectivas reflejan la solidez del modelo ECIC. No se trata solo de acceso. Se trata de perseverancia, apoyo y transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sesi\u00f3n concluy\u00f3 con un claro llamado a la acci\u00f3n para los estados e instituciones de todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00e9xito en la fuerza laboral de la primera infancia no ocurre por casualidad.
