Para <strong>Patrice Jones-Cornish<\/strong>, su camino hacia el liderazgo no fue una l\u00ednea recta, pero es uno que ahora impulsa su trabajo como Navegadora de CDA de la ECIC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patrice una vez so\u00f1\u00f3 con convertirse en enfermera pedi\u00e1trica, pero la vida la redirigi\u00f3 hacia la educaci\u00f3n infantil temprana. A lo largo de los a\u00f1os, trabaj\u00f3 entre largos trayectos diarios, pausas en su carrera, reveses financieros y los desaf\u00edos de criar a tres hijos. En cada momento, encontr\u00f3 fuerza, persever\u00f3 y sigui\u00f3 adelante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con el apoyo de tutores y oportunidades de becas, Patrice obtuvo su <strong>credencial CDA\u00ae<\/strong>, avanz\u00f3 hacia roles de tutor\u00eda y comenz\u00f3 a so\u00f1ar nuevamente con terminar la universidad. Ese sue\u00f1o se hizo realidad a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>Beca de licenciatura ECIC<\/strong>, lo que le dio a Patrice los recursos y el apoyo que necesitaba para terminar su carrera. Se gradu\u00f3 con <strong>Licenciatura en Servicios Humanos (Administraci\u00f3n de la Primera Infancia)<\/strong> en solo 2,5 a\u00f1os con un <strong>promedio de 3.8<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lo largo del camino, Patrice se convirti\u00f3 en una defensora de los educadores, una mentora para sus colegas y una voz para la profesi\u00f3n. En 2024, fue seleccionada como la de ECIC <strong>Embajador de la Licenciatura<\/strong> y habl\u00f3 en paneles sobre la importancia de invertir en la fuerza laboral de la primera infancia de Delaware. Cuando el <strong>Navegador CDA<\/strong> puesto abierto, Patrice dio un salto de fe y se uni\u00f3 al equipo de ECIC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora, todos los d\u00edas en el ECIC, Patrice trabaja para guiar a los acad\u00e9micos en el mismo camino que ella recorri\u00f3 una vez. Ayuda a los educadores a inscribirse en Quorum\u00ae Scholarship, superar desaf\u00edos y descubrir su propio potencial de liderazgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En sus propias palabras<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTodas las ma\u00f1anas miro mi muro de palabras positivas despu\u00e9s de la oraci\u00f3n y me recuerdo a m\u00ed mismo: <em>Me lo he ganado.
